Obtaining an Application

The first step in applying for the Apprenticeship Program begins with obtaining an application. Applications are distributed only during specific times.

Applications may be obtained on the third (3rd) Thursday of every month between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the following location:

Completed applications with copies of all required documents can be mailed at any time, or hand-delivered during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) at the above location.

PLEASE NOTE: Our facility is closed for most of the major holidays. Additionally, our office hours may vary on the day before or after the actual holiday. You should call our office to verify our hours prior to dropping off your application in person during the holidays.

You are required to turn in copies (not originals) of the following documents:

​

  • Birth Certificate (Legal - State Issued) - Acceptable substitutions are U.S. Passport or proof of legal residency.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. - Acceptable substitute is High School Transcript with Graduation Date.

  • Valid Drivers License or State ID.

  • DD214 or Discharge Papers (Veterans Only)

Note: Any required documents that are printed in a language other than English MUST be accompanied by a notarized English translation and must be provided with the completed application.
